Weird Las Vegas Chapels: Memorable Ways to Say I Do in Las Vegas
By Rebecca Johnson
Are you planning to wed in Vegas and looking for something weird? Las Vegas Chapels offer a variety of weird ways to say I do. From graveyard themed nuptials to an Austin Powers impersonator, here are some of the weird and memorable opportunities Las Vegas Chapels offer:
The Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel is probably the king when it comes to weird Las Vegas wedding packages. Their wedding package themes include Rocky Horror, Phantom, Vampire, Gothic, and Graveyard just to name a few.
They are far from the only location in Las Vegas to offer weird weddings though. At the Las Vegas Hilton’s Star Trek Experience you can have your wedding on the bridge of the USS Enterprise. You can even have Klingons and BORGs as witnesses if you want.
The Riviera Hotel Wedding Chapel is another location that offers a lot of great weird wedding packages. How about a roller coaster wedding on top of the Stratosphere Tower? In case you aren’t familiar with Las Vegas, the roller coaster is located about 1100 feet above ground level! The Riviera Hotel also offer weddings at the Harley Davidson Café and the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign.
If none of that is weird enough for you, how about having Austin Powers at your Las Vegas wedding? The Cupid’s Wedding Chapel offers the “1967 Summer of Love Groovy Baby Love Scene Wedding Package”. An Austin Powers impersonator will perform songs at your wedding, entertain, and pose for wedding photos with you.
So when it comes to your Las Vegas wedding, if you are seeking something weird Las Vegas chapels won’t leave you disappointed. Maybe the city that has earned itself the title of the Wedding Capital of the World should also earn the title of Weird Wedding Capital.
